Managing Completed MRF Orders and Quotes

Once you have finished processing an MRF order or quote, you can hold the order or save it as a quote, print an invoice or job ticket, or post the order to MJC. These options are available under the FILE menu on the MRF Order Creation screen.

Complete the MRF order or quote by performing one of the following actions:

• hold the order (for later changes) – see "MRF Order Creation - File - Hold"
• create job and store cards for the order – see "MRF Order Creation - File - Job Tickets"
• print and process the order as an invoice – see "MRF Order Creation - File - Invoice"
• post the order to an MJC job – see "MRF Order Creation - File - Post to MJC"
• cancel the order altogether – see "MRF Order Creation - File - Delete"
• save the order as a quote – see "MRF Order Creation - File - Print Quote"
• convert the order to a lost sale – see "MRF Order Creation - File - Lost Sale".
